Freycinet Experience operate the original and advanced eco-certified walk – a four-day guided, all-inclusive adventure covering the entire length of the Freycinet Peninsula on Tasmania’s sublimely beautiful east coast, including the iconic Wineglass Bay. The Tasmanian Walking Company offer five distinctly unique guided walking experiences in Tasmania. They take sustainable travel seriously and strive to incorporate sustainable travel practices into all aspects of our business. They follow best practice track guidelines on our walks. They follow designated trails and remove all waste from our huts, camps and lodge and recycle wherever possible. They ensure their guidelines are up-to-date by working closely with the Tasmanian National Parks and Wildlife Service. They recently celebrated our third national award win at the QANTAS Australian tourism Awards 2017, winning gold for Ecotourism.
