Well organised, flexible and supportive.  As I mentioned, I particularly valued the skills and tips, both about how to run more efficiently, and also how to approach my running. I found your metaphors and imagery extremely helpful and will add these to my growing repertoire of ‘tips and tricks’! But I think more than anything it’s your passion and enthusiasm for what you do that shines all day and made my experience so much richer. I think that even after only 4 days I am more confident about my running and capacity to try new things.
