Are there any extra costs above the listed tour prices?
No, there are no extra fees that we require from you. We do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay and includes GST. However, please note the inclusions and exclusions for each tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation by Guest
If the cancellation is made more than 90 days from departure, a fee of $400 per person will be charged. For cancellations within 48 days of departure, no refund is available. The date of cancellation is the date that Find Your Feet receives written notice of the cancellation.
Cancellation will also take effect if you fail to arrive at the pre-arranged meeting place at the time stipulated by Find Your Feet and if the guides acting on behalf of the company cannot efficiently locate you.
No refund will be paid if you voluntarily leave your tour after it has commenced. No refund will be paid if you need to leave the tour for reasons of bereavement, injury or illness. Travel insurance and medical insurance are therefore strongly recommended.
Realising that the best laid plans sometimes change due to last minute employment demands, unexpected family pressures or in the worst case, bereavement, we may if we are satisfied that cancellation has occurred for reasons beyond your control transfer your booking to a future Tour (based on availability) within the current or next immediate season, for all such cancellations made prior to departure date. If this option is selected, an administration fee of $250 per person will be deducted from monies held by Find Your Feet. The balance of monies held will be retained by us and allocated against the cost of your replacement Tour. Please also be aware that prices vary between Tours and we cannot promise that the exact same Tour will be available.
Cancellation by Find Your Feet
All of our Tours take place in special cultural, wilderness or remote area settings. Nature can be a beautiful and yet unpredictable thing. We will under no circumstance knowingly place at risk the health and well-being of our guests and guides. In the case of natural threats (e.g. bushfires, heavy snow, unsafe weather conditions) we may need to cancel or modify a Tour with very little notice and this could even occur after the Tour has commenced. Whilst highly unlikely, if we need to cancel for any reason, we will fully refund the cost of the Tour or provide a replacement Tour at a later date convenient to all parties. Any other costs associated with travel to the designated pick up point, overnight accommodation, meals, etc will not be covered by us and therefore we strongly recommend travel insurance be taken out prior to travel.
Find Your Feet reserves the right to cancel any tour up to 60 days prior to departure in which event a full refund will be made but all tours are guaranteed to depart once a minimum of 6 athletes are confirmed.
No tour will be cancelled inside 60 days and every effort will be made to consolidate numbers so that the booked tour will successfully depart. All Tasmanian tours with a minimum of 2 international guests are guaranteed to depart.

Do you have a single supplement option?
Where possible, accommodation is twin share (on some tours, room numbers may vary to suit the needs of a particular accommodation option). We will endeavour to ensure that single travellers will share with the same gender; however this cannot be guaranteed as it will be determined by the makeup of the group. Mixed gender sharing is deemed acceptable on Find Your Feet Tours. If a single room is requested, a supplementary price will be required but this will vary depending on the tour selected. For some tours the provision of single supplements is not possible. Single supplements need to be stipulated at the time of booking by contacting our office staff. We will endeavour to accommodate such requests.
